Their Dream
Randy wanted to build a garage on his property, but faced a major challenge: the site was covered in difficult slate bedrock. He came to us with his own detailed sketches, looking for a technical partner who could transform his ideas into a professional, high-quality plan that could actually be built.
Our Approach
The first step was to find a solution to the slate problem. So we collaborated with a structural engineer to solve this foundational issue by clearing the top of the bedrock of soil and debris. <Andrew to update some info based on what he actually suggested / solution provided>

We successfully transformed Randy's own hand-drawn sketches into a permit-ready plan with our technical expertise. We delivered a clear, actionable solution to the slate bedrock challenge. This meant Randy could build his garage safely on his property. We integrated the structural engineer's technical findings directly into our own master drawings.
