Bespoke plans for a three-bedroom home with vaulted ceilings, a usable loft, and a guest bedroom, all while fitting the unique shape of their property.
Our Approach
We used a Scandinavian-inspired design that prioritized function. By designing the home in two carefully planned offset sections, we created the soaring ceilings and loft space the client dreamed of. This design choice also gave them a wraparound deck with direct access from both the living area and the master bedroom. We zoned the home for privacy by placing the master bedroom at the rear while tucking the guest bedroom into the loft - making the most of the vaulted space without increasing the footprint.
